Exchange and Refund Policies
If for any reason you wish to exchange or return your item(s), you have 14 non-working days after receiving your order.
The customer must request the exchange/return of the order by email to info@auriboutique.com mentioning the items they wish to exchange or return. Shipping costs for exchanges/returns are the responsibility of the customer.
If you request a return, the shipping costs for the order will not be refunded.
Returned/exchanged items must be in perfect condition and not show any signs of use (marks, signs of wear, odors) and must be accompanied by their respective labels.
The exchange of an item can be sent to the address we will mention by email.
Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be issued a refund. Please keep in mind that this may take some time.
