Refund policy
If for any reason you wish to exchange or return your item(s), you have 14 non-working days after receiving your order.
The customer must request an exchange/return of the order via email to info@auriboutique.com mentioning the items they wish to exchange or return. Transport costs for exchanges/returns are the customer's charge.
If you request a return, the shipping costs of the order will not be refunded.
Returned/exchanged items must be in perfect condition and must not show any signs of use (marks, signs of wear, odors) and must be accompanied by the respective labels.The exchange of an item can be sent to the address we will mention
by email.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded. Please remember it can take some time.
